What is your hosting billing cycle & terms?
- Initial invoice is payable prior to your account being created
- Billing cycle is monthly in advance 28th of the month to the 27th of the following month
- Additional deposit equivalent to one months hosting fee is required in advance
- Set-up fee is required in advance
- A pro-rata amount is included in first invoice if necessary
- Pro-rata amount is calculated on a daily basis from date of account setup to beginning of billing cycle (28th of each month)
- Initial invoice will include a pro-rata
amount up to the 27th of the
next billing
cycle, the setup
fee and the deposit payment.
- Invoices are sent out on the 14th of each month
- Payment is due by the 27th of each month
- Accounts must be terminated by email before the 27th of each month or your deposit is void. An email reply will be sent confirming closure of your account.
- If payment is not received by the 27th of each month, your account will be suspended for a period of 14 days after which your account will be terminated and deposit will be void.
- Suspended accounts will be charged a $20 re-instatement fee in addition to any outstanding amounts.
- Re-instatement of service will only occur where the full amount, including re-instatement fee(s), is paid.
- To reactivate a terminated account initial setup fees will apply in addition to any outstanding amounts.

How do I cancel my account?
You
must Cancel your Hosting Service before the 27th of the month otherwise
you will incur hosting charges for the following month. Where you
disconnect your Hosting Service any monthly Plan charges such as extra
fees will be calculated up to the last day of your final Billing Cycle.

If I upgrade between plans, will I have to pay the setup fee again?
No,
you will not have to pay any setup fees when you upgrade - you simply
pay the new monthly rate. However, if you downgrade your hosting plan
then there is a charge of AU$16.50 to cover our costs. Top

We perform weekly backups of all servers for your protection. Top
Do you have limitations on the types of content which can be held on your servers?
Yes,
we do. Your site must be legal and must not encourage
illegal behaviour. It must not contain any obscene, threatening or
hateful material. Examples of unacceptable content include pornography,
pirated software materials related to hacking and nudity. For more

Can I use my account for commercial purposes?
Absolutely.
The Internet is the fastest growing medium in history and we highly
encourage you to take advantage of the opportunities it has to offer. Top
Do you offer dialup facilities?
No, not at this time although we are looking at this option for the future.
For the time being you will need to gain access to the Internet through a local Internet
Service Provider. Once you have access to the Internet, you will be
able to manage your web site on our servers from wherever you are in
the world. You can manage files via FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or our control panel, and can
perform other administrative tasks through Telnet/Secure Shell (applies
only to accounts with Telnet/SSH access). Top
How long does it take to set up a new account?
New hosting accounts are generally set up within 24 hours
from the time we receive your order and payment. Once your account is
set up, we will send you an email to let you know your account details
and login information. If you are using FTP or our Control Panel to
upload your site, you can begin uploading files to your new web site as
soon as you receive your account details. You will be given a temporary
URL to access your site via the web prior to the completion of your
domain name registration/transfer. If you are using Microsoft Front Page to upload
your site, you will need to wait until your domain name has been
registered or transferred before you can publish your site - which can take up to 48 hours - please see our Domain Name website Aussie Dot Coms if you have further Domain Name Questions. Top
Do I get detailed statistics about my site?
Yes.
We generate a weekly statistical report about your site's traffic accessible by the Control Panel. The
report will include information about visitors, page views, file
accesses, referrers, browsers used by your visitors, platforms used by
your visitors, visitor's hosts, visitor's top-level domains, and the
most common entry and exit pages. These reports are among the most
detailed and useful around, but you will also have access to your raw
log files in case you want to examine the data further. Top
